Managing fully construction project in very remote area of Yunnan during 1 year. Based in Adong village in Deqin county at 4 hour drive of Shangri-la airport. Need to speak perfectly Chinese and very good English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing construction project in Chinese language with Chinese local companies, planning, tendering, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, high standard and scope. He will also effectively report very clearly and in English language to Estate Director, Estates & Wines Operation Team and project team members. He will work in collaboration with Moet Hennessy Shangri-la team. Responsibilities： ? Manage winery renovation and staff dormitory construction projects; ? Follow up the project approval process with the government; ? Take charge of bidding operations on behalf of the company; ? Select and identify the most suitable designers, builders, supervisors, etc. ? Manage design and other services companies; ?
