【Step 1】知己——Your Best Accomplishments

第一步要做的就是了解自己的優(yōu)勢，可以問(wèn)自己以下幾個(gè)問(wèn)題，把自己的光榮戰績(jì)及長(cháng)處列出來(lái)：

What are my brightest moments?
What am I proud of achieving?
What do I love most about what I do?
What do I do best??
以我自己為例，光榮事跡就可以寫(xiě)：

YouTuber with ten million+ views
YouTuber with 200k subscribers
Cram school teacher teaching 1000+ students
除了戰績(jì)外，也列出不管哪個(gè)工作，都可以用到的專(zhuān)長(cháng)

【Step 2】知彼——Scan the Job Post & Find out What the Employer Wants

在了解自己優(yōu)勢后，第二步就是仔細看雇主想要的條件，一可以從問(wèn)這幾個(gè)問(wèn)題著(zhù)手：

Who are they looking for?
What value do they want an employee to provide?

What extra skills or qualities not listed would add unexpected value?
舉例來(lái)說(shuō)，以下是W Hotel 招募 Marketing & Social Media Manager 的需求：

Marketing experience (1-3 years preferable)
Strong understanding of the online medium as a distribution and marketing channel

Extreme familiarity with online social networking tools (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

在做完前兩步后，就可以開(kāi)始正式撰寫(xiě)Summary 了！
