1、此管理職位將協(xié)助建筑總監開(kāi)展工作，重點(diǎn)在于領(lǐng)導與協(xié)調建筑項目團隊，保證設計質(zhì)量，完成生產(chǎn)業(yè)務(wù)并為客戶(hù)提供后期服務(wù)支持及咨詢(xún)。協(xié)助監督和指導建筑師及助理建筑師工作，并負責培訓。 This management position will support the activities of the director and focus primarily on construction design, management of the design process and quality control for a variety of architectural projects. Responsible for creative design concepts, consultant coordination and client support. Supervise and mentor architects, intern architects and offer trainings. 2、5年以上正規設計院/設計事務(wù)所項目全過(guò)程工作經(jīng)驗；有參與大型項目設計經(jīng)驗，熟悉國家規范及項目流程。少工作經(jīng)驗者如俱備卓越建筑設計能力也可作考慮； Minimum 5 years of work experience in qualified Design Institute, design experience with large-scale projects; understanding of national building codes and standard architectural practices; candidates who have less working experience but have strong design skill are to be considered; 3、良好的統籌拓展業(yè)務(wù)與談判能力，誠信穩重，善于應變，綜合素質(zhì)佳； Good business management, expanding and negotiation skill; good communication skill with client and understand client's requirement correctly; 4、熟練掌握AutoCAD、Photoshop、3D Max、Sketch-Up、Microsoft Office等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)軟件； Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, etc. is important; 5、有優(yōu)秀的中英雙語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)及寫(xiě)作能力者，有境外學(xué)習、工作或外資公司工作背景者優(yōu)先。 Strong Mandarin-English communication skills and proficiency in technical terms in English (oral and written) are preferred; working in an international firm and/or oversea education experience is preferred.
