室內設計師Interior Designer/?Shanghai 崗位職責： 1、室內設計，環(huán)藝設計，建筑設計，等相關(guān)設計類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)本科學(xué)歷； 2、3年以上室內設計工作經(jīng)驗。從事過(guò)高端商業(yè)項目，有過(guò)售樓處，樣板房，酒店，等空間設計工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮； 3、具有良好的方案設計，圖面表達以及研究能力； 4、熟悉項目各個(gè)階段的工作流程，有出色的團隊領(lǐng)導力和各專(zhuān)業(yè)溝通協(xié)調能力； 5、熟練掌握各類(lèi)設計常用軟件以及熟練運用渲染軟件等； 6、現場(chǎng)經(jīng)驗和施工圖經(jīng)驗是申請加分項； 7、良好的中英文溝通能力者優(yōu)先。 Qualifications i.Bachelor's degree in interior design, environmental design, architectural design, and other related design disciplines. ii.More than 3 years working experience in interior design. Experience in high-end commercial projects, sales offices, showrooms, hotels, and other space design work is preferred. iii.Good schematic design, graphic presentation and research skills. iv.Familiar with the workflow of all phases of the project, with excellent team leadership and communication and coordination skills across disciplines. v.Proficiency in various common software for design and rendering software, etc. vi.Field experience and construction drawing experience are a plus for applications. vii.Good communication skills in English and Chinese are preferred.
