崗位說(shuō)明： 1. Develop new business including channels, customers/distributers in the flooring business industriesto fullfil sales targets 負責地坪產(chǎn)品客戶(hù)的開(kāi)發(fā)，銷(xiāo)售和執行工作，完成銷(xiāo)量指標 2. To evaluate and integrate distributors, retain and motive those good performers but fading out poor performers, to keep reasonable numbers of distributors 對區域內的經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商進(jìn)行有效的整合，并優(yōu)勝劣汰，保持一定數量多經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商群 3. Daily visit of customers/distributors, consulting and learning cusotmer needs, to provide necessary sales support as required by the customers 日常的客戶(hù)拜訪(fǎng)，咨詢(xún)和了解客戶(hù)的需求，給客戶(hù)提供一定的有效的銷(xiāo)售支持。 4. To provide weekly report on customers situation, progress of communicaiton and selling, to provide tailor-made supporting/coordinating plans to keep good communication and hit targets 每周匯報給公司領(lǐng)導所管轄區域內客戶(hù)的情況，并針對不同的客戶(hù)做出不同的計劃，進(jìn)行合理的溝通協(xié)調。 5. To fulfil, implement daily tasks such as reporting, documents, information sharing, and other items as required by the superior and the company 完成公司及上級主管要求的日常工作如相關(guān)報告、文件、信息等及相關(guān)其它項目。 任職要求： 1. College graduated and above大學(xué)專(zhuān)科或以上學(xué)歷 2. Relevant working experience in flooring business and has relevant sales resources, experience in leading a team is required 有地坪及相關(guān)行業(yè)從業(yè)經(jīng)驗（懂地坪施工者優(yōu)先），有一定經(jīng)銷(xiāo)商資源者優(yōu)先 3. Strong communicaiton skills, especially negotiation skills, Team working 要求有很強的溝通能力，團隊合作能力強 4. Microsoft Office, word, excel, PPT etc.熟練使用Office軟件 5. Construction certificates （Prefer） 建筑相關(guān)證書(shū)者優(yōu)先 備注：此崗位Base在濟南或者青島
